Everyone who knew Paul loved and respected him. He was so "learned" that one could have felt inferior in his presence; however, Paul approached all people as if they were his best friend, brother or sister. What a gift!
Paul was such a wonderful teacher that it has been difficult to adjust to any "ordinary" teacher since we sat under him in the Johnnie Barlow Class.
We grieve with Paul's wonderful helpmate, Shirley. Their marriage was a model for us all.
