Not sure what to say?

Once when explaining a mismatched pair of socks to my mother, Putt said, "Cookie, it's alright. I've got another pair at home just like them." We all have our wonderful memories of Putt, not ever to be forgotten. He would have loved the memorial service and how it brought us all together...again. Let's not wait until we lose another loved one to realize, and act upon, our love and affection for each other. Putt loved every moment he spent in the company of others, he knew what fun it was...

Putt Wyatt was the perfect example of a Christian. I loved him so much and he will never be forgotten. He was my entire family's best friend and my children only knew him as "Uncle Putt". He was a blessing from God and all who ever met him never forgot him. Only fond memories - Jennifer Fowler Thomason

What a wonderful , uplifting tribute to one of the greatest men I ever had the honor to call my friend . My sister and I agreed , we've never laughed and cried so much in one hour . Leave it to Putt to bring together the most WONDERFUL homecoming of friends , and Christians at East Point Christian Church. It brought back a flood of good memories , times and people that shaped , influenced , and molded me into the person I am today.... Thank YOU Mr. Wyatt for all you have brought to countless...

I can hardly believe that Putt is gone. We have truly lost a friend, a sweet and gentle soul, a comedian, and a character. Did he ever have a bad day? He must have, but we never would have known it. There was never a time in my life when I saw Mr. Wyatt that he wasn't the happy, sweet, wonderful person that we all loved so much. His "send off" today at EPCC was so fitting. I haven't laughed and cried that much in an hour in a long time.

This world is a little more drab today...

One of my fondest memories of East Point Christian Church is walking in the front door on Sunday mornings and being greeted by Putt with his resounding, "Well, Hello Honey!" I don't think of EPCC without thinking of him - a truly sweet man.
My condolences to his family.

As far back as I can remember, there has been Putt. He was part of my family's Sunday dinners for years and his gentle spirit was always welcome everywhere he went. He made every trip, every Sunday School social, every encounter a joy! Truly, to know Putt, was to love Putt. I will miss him.

I did not Know Paul Wyatt but I heard about him from my mother ,Kate FLowers who worked with Him at South Fulton
Hospital. He sounded like a nice person. His family is in our prayers and our Sunday School class at East Point Church of Christ.
May God bring you peace and comfort to your heart.

"My heavenly days," Putt! I can't believe you are gone. Always the epitome of a servant, between driving the church van and even transporting my parents, you always did it with love and concern. I know God has said, "Well done, good and faithful servant." You will be missed by all.

Just this past weekend, our family (Ricky Polenek,JR Polenek and myself were in East Point and were eating at the Barbeque Kitchen. We were reminiscing about our friend, Putt and how we would like to get in touch with him. Now he is in touch with our son, Kelly, who went to his heavenly Father on Sept. 14, 2005. We have known and loved Putt for at least 40 years and are saddened by his death. Our love and prayers go out to all his family even though we only know you by your spirit and...
