Paula Ceniceros of Midland went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ and her husband on October 24, 2025. She was born in Slaton, TX on
November 2, 1947, to Rev. Pablo and Magarita Pequeño.
She is survived by her sons Jesse Jr. (RoseMary), Bobby and daughter Misty, 2
grandchildren Sara Amaro and Julian Amaro, sisters Ezperanza Luna and
Naomi Carrillo, 2 brothers Paul Pequeño Jr, and Sammy Pequeño (Margie)
and various nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Jesse Ceniceros, parents Rev. Pablo
and Magarita Pequeño, sisters Tommie Pequeño, Eva Martinez and Mary
Bernal.
A viewing will be held October 29, 2025, from 2pm until 9pm at the Lewallen-
Garcia-Pipkin funeral home with a prayer service at 7pm
Funeral Service will be held October 30, 2025, at 10am at First Baptist
Church Chapel with burial to follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Ceniceros, Mingo Bernal, Paulino Bernal, Ramon
Martinez, Raymond Sanchez and Tony Galindo. Honorary Pallbearer is Julian
Amaro.
The family would like to thank the staff at Ashton Medical Lodge for the
service entrusted to them in caring for our mother and `grandmother.
