She embraced all of my brothers and sisters as children of her own, as we grew in the same neighborhood on Hawk St. In Pharr. And on behalf of all the Landdez Family, (Maurilio, Victoriana, Cheis, Gilbert,Vicky, Martin and Norma and the late Chente Landez we Love you and our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I really ADMIRED her for bringing up all her 9 kids after you all lost your Dad. She was a Fighter. She's now walking the "Streets of Gold" she now has Eternal Rest! My sincere condolensces. I remember your mom as a dedicated and hard working parent. She would often drive me home from high school with Esmeralda and Chris. She is one of those individuals that made a real difference in my life by her acts of kindness and generosity.
