Paula Critchfield

Paula Cook was one of my earliest 'best friends' in Juneau, AK. She once gifted me with my first book "Little Women" by Louisa May Alcott and I kept it for many years! Her mother Amanda Cook was our teacher of shorthand and typing which helped prepare me for the real adult world. Many happy memories of those years will remain with me for the rest of my life.
