Paula Palm

Paula knew exactly where she wanted to live when she moved to the Villages. She convinced me to wait until they could sell their home in Miami and put down a good-sized downpayment offer. She was such a good salesperson and kept her word every time the closing date came and went. She kept our contract in good standing for a year and made sure our expenses were covered. I enjoyed talking to her over the phone and even visited after they finally moved into my mother's home which I was selling....

Paula, you and David were a unique and warm couple to hold as my friends; you talked me into to holding my mother's villa for almost a year so you two could have the location and property you wanted to move to when you left Miami. You were fair and generous and had a sense of humor that was so Bostonian which, of course, went with the accent you never lost. I am so glad to have known you through these years and appreciate your wisdom and input in all sorts of subjects. I will miss you both...
