Not sure what to say?

I was very sorry to hear that Paulette died. She was a lovely lady, always a kind word and a gracious manner. She used to come into the bakery with James and she always stopped to talk for a minute. She will be missed. Jean Kennedy

I knew Paulette for over 30 years. We stayed touch through the many years I lived on the West Coast. I shall truly miss our conversations, her gentle laughter and telling me "E.B. ~ you are crazy". Jamie and James you are both blessed, better than blessed to have had Paulette directly in your lives. We, the rest of the world, thank you for sharing her with us. I was "out-of-Poscket" when she passed away, but I know I will see Paulette again some, some day.

Last Sunday God spoke and...

Paulette was our best friend and we always appreciated all the quality time we shared together. We'll love her forever.

Not gone, just gone ahead. I'm still amazed at how much Paulette accomplished while on this earth. I'm in awe of her Angela Davis Afro UCLA Radical Side, Her being a pioneer in desegregation of schools in Raleigh, her many intense connections with a wide variety of people. She makes me want to be a better person. What a gift she was (and is) to all of us.

Paulette leaned on her faith at a 45 degree angle and wanted everyone to share in the joy of the Lord. I feel blessed to have known her and know I will hug her like crazy when I see her again! We love you, Paulette

I grieve with the family of Paulette in the loss of a truly beautiful lady - inside and out. She was an inspiration to all her friends at MUMC in her commitment and joy in her much loved grandson, James; especially in his spiritual development. She is missed.

I will miss you at work.I enjoyed the times that we travelled to Florida for the CA conferences. Rest in Peace.
