Paulette Belle (Jewart) Neigh, 75, of Dayton, Pa., passed peacefully to be with our Lord on Aug. 30, 2018, surrounded by her family.

Paulette was born the only daughter to Winfield Paul Jewart and Glenamae (Thomas) Jewart of Meradith on March 15, 1943.
