I was fortunate to know Mrs. Yurchick (and "Ms. Issac") as a student within the NKASD from first grade all the way to Valley High School. She taught me so much about learning and instilled within me a love of reading. Most notably, she showed us how to treat people with kindness, dignity, and lightheartedness. My thoughts go out to all of her loved ones. The impact that she made on the lives of her former students is immeasurable.
