Pauline Anita Choquette, 80, of Derby Line, Vermont passed away on June 20, 2018 at her home.  She was born on August 28, 1937 in North Troy to Leo and Gracia (Beaulieu) Choquette.  On December 30, 1957 she married Oliver Choquette who predeceased her on April 1, 1987.


 


Oliver and Pauline owned and operated a dairy farm in Westfield from 1959-1977.  After selling the farm, they purchased the Top of the Hills Motel in 1978 which was sold in 1988.


 


She loved gardening, selling her vegetables at the Farmer’s Market, and ice fishing.  She also loved watching the birds around the house.


 


She is survived by her children: Gerard Choquette and his wife Diane, Michael Choquette and Marcel Choquette.  She is survived by her grandchildren: Mary Anne, Renee, Andrew, Daniel, Peter, Alyssa, Nicholas, Jessica, Desiree, and Dylan, 5 great grandchildren, by her siblings: Richard Choquette and his wife Darlene, and Lucille Cadieux, by her sister-in-laws: Gloria and Rita and by several close friends, nieces, nephews and cousins.


 


She was predeceased by her grandson Jeremy Choquette, Brothers: Roger and Omer Choquette, and by her brother-in-law Robert Cadieux.


 


Friends may call from 6-8 P.M. on Tuesday June 26, 2018 at the Curtis-Britch-Converse-Rushford Funeral Home, 4670 Darling Hill Road, Newport.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday June 27, 2018 at Sacred Heart Church in Troy where a mass of Christian burial will be celebrated.  Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery in Lowell.   On-line condolences at curtis-britch.com.  Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Curtis-Britch-Converse-Rushford Funeral Home, locally family owned and operated.

So sorry to here of aunt Pauline's passing, I was just asking about her last week. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Always enjoyed visiting with her, her humor, and excitement when she would tell you a story.
