I grew up across the street at 950 Brook St. Many times mother and I would stop by for a visit andstay for conversation or tow atch baseball. That house was always spotless, many a good meal came out of that kitchen and Pauline was always so well-spoken. Even as a young boy, I always thought of her as a woman of high-class.
