Joanne, So very very sorry to hear. See you tonight. Take good care, xo Janis

My thoughts and prayers go out to your family. I'm so sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of Mrs Codi growing up on the other side of the fence at 10 Newcomb St. Having lost my mom and brother Mark. I know how rough it is for you now.

Dear Joanne, Billy, Brian, Sharon, and Jody – So saddened to hear of the death of your mom (and dad, too, I didn't know he passed also). Mr. and Mrs. Codi bring back wonderful childhood memories of our time on Newcomb St. We grew up with you guys! I remember happy days… swimming in your pool – as early back to us singing a political cheer “2-4-6-8 who do we appreciate – Nixon, Nixon!” Obviously we were too young to even know anything about politics back then! My deepest sympathy goes out...
