Not sure what to say?

To the family of Pauline, I am so sorry to hear that she has passed away. She was a wonderful person with so many amazing characteristics. She brightened my day every time we talked and I enjoyed being able to sit and spend time with her. I wish you the best and will pray for your family.
Sincerely,

To Pauline's family,
I worked with Pauline at the Sarvis Center. She was so nice and a very hard worker. She also had a good sense of humor and we often laughed and had a good time as we worked. I have thought of her often over the past few years with fond memories. Please know that she was truly someone I will never forget. So sorry for your loss.

To the family of Pauline, I'm so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Pauline and I worked together for years at the Sarvis Center in Flint. We had lots of laughs which in turn made working enjoyable. She was a lovely sweet woman and I will always remember her fondly. I am thinking of you at this sad time, and extend my condolences. When someone special touches our hearts, they are newer truly gone. They will be in our hearts forever.
