Polly was my mother's nurse, Martha Schaaf, for approximately 5 years while she went from hospice to palliative care and back. Both my mother and I adored Polly. And, I thoroughly believe that Polly loved my mom too!

I loved my beautiful, generous and extremely talented mom. Polly inspired an entire community of artists and helpers. She put on neighborhood block parties in RPV, she fed hungry kids and animals. She cooked for EVERYONE and her menus were abundant, beautiful and delicious. No one could master a recipe (or create their own) like Polly.
