Pauline B. Pritchard

Pauline B Pritchard, 95, of Bangor, PA passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, January 13th.

Pauline was born in Bangor, PA on December 1, 1926, a daughter of the late Hugh R Hughes and Verlie (Everett) Hughes Ferris. She was the widow of Joseph W Pritchard. who passed away in 2006. She worked as a sewing machine operator at the former Bangor Blouse, in Bangor, PA. She was a 1945 Graduate of Bangor High School. Pauline enjoyed reading, knitting, and watching basketball and football, especially the Sixers, Eagles, Duke, North Carolina, & Penn State.

She was a member of The former St. John's UCC in Bangor, PA, where she was a member of the Laity at the church. and a member of the Flicksville U.C.C. Church.

Pauline is survived by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by infant son Jeffery Pritchard, sister Leatrice Hughes Wood, 3 brothers, Maurice, Wilton, & Everett Hughes, and a nephew Brian Hughes.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, January 19th at Gaffney Parsons Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. 314 S. First Street, Bangor, PA. Family and friends are invited to call 12:30 to 1:30 PM on Wednesday, January 19th in the funeral home. Burial will be held at St. John's Cemetery in Bangor, PA.
