We, the family of Polly, are very sorrowful of our earthly loss and happy for Heaven's gain. We all felt Polly was on the road to getting better. We know she is Home now and celebrating her eternal life with her Mother, Sisters and Brother today. We will all miss Polly, and we will cherish all the happy memories we had with her.
