I was deeply saddened to hear of Paul's passing. He was a mentor and a friend during my time with Salem Police and his teachings had truly impacted my life and my police career. Paul was a great cop and a great friend who I knew always had my back and I had his and this was tested several times.May God wrap His loving arms around Bea, Richard, Toni and the family.Paul is with brother Bill in Paradise.
