Pearl Jones

Dearest Honorable Judge Robert Jones, I was saddened to hear of your sweet Pearl's passing. She brightened the world with her many gifts, including gardening and singing. I know she brightened your world. You always spoke so fondly of "your Pearl". What a blessed life to have her as your companion! Joanie and I will keep you and your family in our prayers as we celebrate her wonderful life. I know you will see her again. God is good, all the time.

Dear Bob, I am so sorry that you have "lost" Pearl. She was a special lady. The last I saw the two of you was at Jean Fischer's memorial. I should have been more attentive to Pearl's needs and kept in touch!! I am out-of-town the 17th so will miss your lovely gathering.
