Not sure what to say?

Joke telling. No one could ruin an Irish joke like P could..We would laugh and he would say "whats so funny" no way could that spanish accent ever become Irish...a kind and sweet man.

Please accept my condolences. Mike and I were married in our home 13 years ago by Judge Hernandez. Our children now adults, were present. Judge Hernandez made certain they knew it was ok for them to get a spanking if needed!

Although I've neen hone from Billings for 39 years I remember Pedro. Billings lost a star and heaven gained an angel. Make room RBJ and John Lewis! Love to Pedro's family

So sorry for your loss. We were married by Pedro in 1990 at T-Birds and our marriage is still going strong. Prayers to give your family and friends strength.

Pedro was a good friend and was Godfather to my daughters. He will be missed. He was a great friend to all. Rest In Peace, friend!

I grew up with his niece Veronica in Hardin and knew all of the family, what a huge loss. Thinking of you all.

You lived the life of your dreams and have made many people's hearts fulfilled by your honesty, justice and and love of your country. We will truly miss you!

Debby, Scott & I were saddened to hear about Pedro. The two of you were a pair to admire. He performed a lot of weddings, but had a way of making ours feel special. We loved that he called you so that you could down from upstairs and sit in! He accommodated our technology request to connect to my daughters via Skype. But, not before bluffing that such a thing was not allowed in his courtroom! And, we weren't sure if he was serious!l Pedro was a fine man. Our deepest condolences.

A very good and just man with a quick smile and time for conversation.
