So sorry for your loss Pete was a good man,he was a smart man a man of whom any person would like to be like him . He was always there at the store, telling me how to cook an egg,telling me what to eat and eat healthy. I loved Pete every chance I got I would go see him, sorry I didn't know he had past, nobody told me until now.

My dear lifelong friends, It was a great honor to know your father and I take great pleasure in remembering his tidbits of knowledge he would give us when we visited the store. You may have officially named the store Payless Market but to the neighborhood it was always Pete's. “Mijo go to Pete's and buy some bread.” was often my task at dinner time.
