Peggy Lee Baskin

I just can't remember anyone from our Carrollton days that left a more lasting impact on our entire Foster family than Peggy, and Gene, of course. Growing up at First Methodist Carrollton, I remember Peggy well, her baking, and her warm, loving smile. When Kathleen became our pastor at Suncreek, where my family attends church, we were instantly brought back to our long time friendship with the Baskin family. Grandmother was a strong, smart, sassy, sweet and caring woman. She loved hard, taught us to cook and play cards, and had a great laugh. We loved her dearly and I will miss her every day.

Peggy was a generous host for bridge parties and a serious player. Many friends in Denton are missing her.
