I'll never forget the days she would let me ride around her house in her power chair when I was just a kid. I was reckless and left quite a few scuff marks on the wall, but she never cared, she was just happy to see me happy. She even kept an eye out for books I might like and would get them just so I could read them, along with her numerous other books lying around the house.
