I am a first cousin of Peggy, her father, Paul, being my mother's brother. Although I only met Peggy once, at a Brown family reunion in the 1990s, I found her to be a kind, gracious lady. I am sorry I didn't know her better. Please accept my sympathy in Peggy's death.

Dear Michael, Sandy and the rest of the family,
Please know that your mother will be missed by many. Your mother was my cousin, and I am the daughter of Aunt Minnie. I enjoyed our visits, and am sorry to hear of her death. She was thoughtful, and a comfort to her aunt, especially after Minnie lost her husband in 1995. My prayers and love go out to you.
