Peggy Mims

My condolences and prayers go out to the family. I used to work for Mrs. Mims. She was such a sweet, loving, and kind person. She was a good listener. She was with me through a lot of things I went through in my life. I will always remember Miss Mims. She made me the best chicken salad in homemade pimento sandwiches. I will always love her. Thanks for being my friend. I still have her cookbook, The Jubilee of our many blessings cookbook.

Aunt Peggy was always a lovely, gentle, and caring person. I remember our large family gatherings where she would seek me out and ask me how I was doing, always taking time to listen and discuss elements of my life. I will miss her greatly.
