Peggy was a dear neighbor to my grandma, Shirley. She always looked impeccable (and at least 20 years younger than her age), had the most beautiful flower gardens, yet could fish with the best and make a mean cocktail. She was a lady I will never forget. Thinking of you, Lynn, and Peggys children.
