Not only was Peggy my patient, she and Jennifer became friends and offering my condolences just doesn't seem to be enough. I was always in awe of the strength, determination and sheer force of will found in that tiny, ravaged body. If ever faced with such a battle, may we all face it with her grace and courage and determination. We'll miss her. Her imprint on my heart is there for always. I hope the "miracle dog" is comforting all of you at this time.
