Peggy was born on February 1, 1935 and passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at Totuskey Baptist Church with Rev. Tucker LaForce and Rev. David Dunaway officiating. Interment will follow the service in the Totuskey Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Totuskey Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Totuskey Baptist Church Cemetery Endowment Fund, P. O. Box 1000, Haynesville, VA 22472.
I'll always remember your hosting our Walters family Christmas dinner/party. George W. played the guitar and all the adults played Rook. I loved your banquette seating for the kids... and how Greg and Rhonda shared their toys with John and me. You had a lovely home and you and Darrell were so welcoming. Bert

Blessings on Darryl, Greg, Rhonda, Leon, and Donna...Peggy you were one very special lady. Dad told me that Pop sat on the end of his dock and cried when Peggy Lou left to go back to Tangier.

Peggy Lou. You told me only people from home still called you that. So, rest in peace, Peggy Lou. I'll bet there was all "kinds" of celebrating going on when you arrived at the Pearly Gates! Lord, lord...you really were a good one!
