Pellegrino E. Manto

This is Joanne Van Dyke. My mother was Lucy Tartaro Van Dyke of Syracuse, NY. I have attached a photograph of my mom, Lucy, along with my aunts, Mary Tartaro Speach and Frances Tartaro Freeman. I was young, I would spend time with my aunt Mary and we would visit the Manto family. I am sending you our condolences, and offer our prayers for Perry and the family.

Uncle Per, I know you found someone up there to tease and laugh with. So, when I look to the heavens and see the brightest shining star, Ill know its you laughing and having fun! Thanks for all the love and laughs my whole life! I will always miss and love you.

Perry was family to us. From the day we moved to our house. Adopted grandpa to Mikayla. Perry was one in a million. Perry, I know you are resting in our Fathers care but we will miss you very very much. Our most sincere condolences and love to your beautiful family.
