Penelope Louise Arrington, 65, of Panama City, Fla., passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2011.A Celebration of life will be held at Covenant Hospice Education Conference Room on Monday, April 25, 2011, at 5:30 p.m. Services are being handled through Brock's Home Town Funeral Home.
