Remember her so well as a delightful, energetic, charming friend and a great contributor to our Sawgrass Bible Study.

I am so sad to hear of Penny's passing.
To Cynthia and John; your Mom was instrumental in my life as a young man working at the Knoxville Zoo. She and Ted both took me under their wings and made a huge impact on the man I became and the zoo professional that I was for so many years.

All of us at Yoshi's Cafe send our heartfelt condolences.

I just visited Chicago and and found out about Penny's passing. I am so very sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful, fun lady to work for. I worked in several areas in the Knoxville Zoo and I just loved Ted and Penny!

Ponte Vedra Beach I have a beautiful picture of your Mom and Ted holding the birthday cake I sent her one year ago. Please let me know your e-mail addresses so I can send it to you. Hope you both are doing well, think about Penny every day but especially on her birthday. Lol Pam Coe

Thank you so much to all of you for your kind words about my Mom. It is very moving to know that she touched the lives of so many people in such a positive way. I know she's up there watching over all of us.

I only learned today of Penny's passing. I learned so much from her while she and Ted were at Knoxville zoo. She and Ted played a huge part in directing my life in deciding to open Tiger Haven in Kingston, TN. So sad for the loss of a great spirit.

Ted, Ann and I were shocked and deeply saddened to learn of Penny's passing. Please accept our heartfelt condolences. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
