My sympathies to the family.
I have known Penny since Brownie Scouts and graduated from Ware High with her. She was always full of energy and had that magic little twinkle in her eye that made you think....... what is she up to ?
Our Moms were the leaders in scouts so Penny and I thought we could do no wrong and we were little brats, getting into trouble and playing practical jokes.
She will be missed.
