Not sure what to say?

Penny knew what kids loved. She connected with mine on a deep caring, level. When Christmas was a tight one, we will all remember the t-snirts with Kliban cats that became the best gift, the longest worn item of clothing bar none. We miss your gentle love, your kindness and your wit. We love what you left behind and rejoice you are with your Timothy.

To me, Penelope, not Penny or P. Memories: hot dogs with rice-a-roni, Golfside Drive, S. 1st Street, Flame Bar, Metzger's, La Pinata, Sze-Chuan West, grasshopper parfaits, ironing shirts, typing papers at midnight, Richard (the cat), Michael (not a cat), Jerry Pinkston, Lady Baltimore cake, omelets, Boone's Farm, Annie Green Springs, U-M football games, Donita Sullivan, disco (especially Honey Bee and I'll Bake Me A Man), kaftans, Halloween, Christmas stockings (thanks Timothy), Johnny...

As a couple they were double scoops of the same caring hearts . Now they are God´s fingers...

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of Penelope. I went to school with her and lost touch for many years, but we reconected through a mutual friend, Marilyn. I'M so sorry for your loss. May God bless you and help you all, through the grieving process.
