Not sure what to say?

My condolences to her family. She is very well thought of and she will be missed.

I remember when Elmer Whitmore and I interviewed Penny for the job at Shawnee County Youth Center. Penny was so young! She fit right in and always did such a good job! She was delightful!

My heart and prayers go out to David and his family.

I only met her once and briefly talked to her. But, I know from hearing heather talk she was a wonderful mom, mother in law, and grandma.. I know is going to missed by all.. I know our lord up above is going to take great care of her.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

I worked with Penny at Shawnee County and I am so sorry for your loss. She was great to work with and always had kind things to say.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Gast family. She was a dear friend in high school and had one heck of a laugh that would make you laugh yourself. Sadly we lost touch over the years but had some of my favorite memories in high school with her. RIP Penny.
