PENNY JANE ARNOLD, 52, of Spencer, WV passed away on August 18, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Spencer Armory on August 24, 2025 at 2 p.m. In lieu of Flowers the family asks for donations be made to Roane County Library for a future area called Penny's Reading Nook.
