Penny Ann Balmer

So saddened to hear this news. Penny was the best!! Our kids still talk about going to daycare at Penny's. Many great memories for the kids. Many great memories for me being a part of that bowling team. The only person I've ever known who would move her Christmas tree several times during the season. Prayers for the whole family from the Kellicuts.
