Penny was one of my first great friends at Churchill PS. Countless giggles, stories and fun were shared with her; she is part of my earliest memories. All through our school years she was a person you wanted to be around and enjoy her energy. My sincere condolences to her family. May her memory be a blessing.

It is with much regret to have learned of Penny's passing. I will miss my friend and colleague.
