I am so very sorry to hear of Penny's passing. I have fond memories of her as a child on Elm St. I remember a specific Easter when Dad and Doug were chasing bunnys and chicks, that had escaped on Mannings lawn as a suprise for Penny, Pam and Billy. If there is anything I can do to help in this very sad time please don't hesitate to ask. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Very sorry to read about Penny. Seems like just yesterday Billy and I were doing something at Birchwood Park that undoubtedly made her roll her eyes at us... My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time.

I knew Penny when working at BCBS. She had a great sense of humor and was always smiling. Prayers and thoughts to Nancy, Pam and the Family.

I'm so sorry for you loss. Penny was one of my first friends when we moved to Montpelier in 1972. We had recently reconnected online and it was so nice to chat with her. Rest in peace.
