Penny was born on July 23, 1965 and passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2017. Penny was a resident of Morrison, Tennessee at the time of passing. A graveside service and interment will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Morrison Cemetery with James Rogers officiating. There will be no visitation at High's.
So very sorry to lose another beautiful friend. A new angel looks upon us now. RIP Penny.

Penny was a great lady, and a very good friend - loyal and thoughtful, generous and upbeat. She was extremely proud of her children, their choice of spouses, and their military service. She was so excited to be a grandma to Amelia and Carter, too! She found it amusing that her daughter had a daughter, and her son had a son. She will be missed, and is gone way too soon. I look forward to seeing her again in the hereafter, where we can talk as much as we want, with no time constraints! ...
