Not sure what to say?

The Penny I knew was a kind hearted and sharp witted girl that my friend Ash had married. I remember most the holiday parties they threw and their generosity as hosts. A woman with strong views and will. May her soul rest in eternal Peace.

Penny had many wonderful qualities. She was always kind to people like my mother and would do her best to even help her, take her out shopping or for a meal somewhere for Chinese food. Early on she was the godmother of my oldest daughter, Lia. When my second daughter was born, she and Ashraf gave them a little celebration party and always acknowledged my daughters during Christmas. She and Ashraf gave wonderful holiday parties and of course what would we do around July 4 if not spend time...

May the God of all comfort strengthen the family during this time of deep sorrow. Those who pass on, God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. My sincerest condolences. (Psalms 116:15)

Penny Miller, a true "Wonder Woman", was a wonderful teaching colleague, friend, and admirable fighter. My heartfelt sympathies to her loved ones and to all of us who will miss her presence in our lives. I am saddened by the news of your passing, Penny, and I wish we could have shared another lunch or dinner together with our Washington School friends or a trip up north to Judy's Otter Place. Good memories. Rest in Peace, my friend.

Penny was my best friend for our fun filled time at WTHS (Class of 1961) and for years since, especially reconnecting for our annual travel getaways after we all turned 50 (Grapes gals). She was smart, active, fun, generous, honest, loyal, and loving. Myriad memories, yes, but I'll miss her presence tremendously. Condolences to all of us who loved her.
