I work with Penny at the hospital for over 20 years.. Penny was fun loving and a caring nurse. We had a lot of great times in the ER.. Chelsey please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers I had just saw Penny on the 25th of June when I was there to visit someone and I was glad we were able to hug and catch up since my retirement.
