Penny Jo Perry of Toledo, Ohio passed away in the care of her loved ones in Pasadena, Maryland, on May 4, 2022, from terminal liver failure. She was preceded in death by her mother; father; brother; sister; and nephews. She is survived by her children, Tommy, Jaime, Kayla, BethAnn, and Kenny; life partner, Brian; grandchildren, Zak and Max; siblings, Ginger and David; and many nieces and nephews.

Penny Perry was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio where she graduated from DeVilbiss High School. Penny loved that she was the first of her family to graduate and go on to start college where she wanted to be an architect.

Penny was the light of any room she walked into. She was never afraid to tell it like it is whether you wanted to hear it or not.

Penny loved flowers and gardening. She always took pride in the curb appeal of her yard. She loved to read books of all genres, create DIY projects, crafting, and home interiors.

Penny loved her family and was a devoted mother, she traveled all over the nation to be with her children and grandchildren.

Services will be held May 27, 2022 at Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery, 6382 Monroe St., Sylvania, OH 43560 at 2:30 p.m. Meet in the red house at the front of the park. Following the burial will be a Celebration of Life at VFW Post 3338 "The Commodore Perry", 2231 South Ave., Toledo, OH 43609 from 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. The family will be speaking around 6 p.m.
