Penny Rose Webb, 52, of Ironton, passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at her residence. The Cincinnati, Ohio native was born December 15, 1960, the daughter of the late Frank and Betty Noble Weisenberger. She is survived by her husband, Clifford Webb of Ironton, whom she married March 25, 1977.
Mrs. Webb attended the school for the blind in Columbus, Ohio. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren, friends and playing bingo. She was of the baptist faith.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by:
a daughter: Amanda Potter of Flatwoods, KY
2 grandchildren: Elizabeth Potter and Andrew Potter both of Flatwoods, KY
5 brothers: Ted Weisenberger of Florida, Tim Weisenberger, Terry Weisenberger, Jamie Weisenberger, and Cameron Weisenberger all of Marion, Ohio
2 sisters: Brenda Gannon of East Liberty, Ohio and Beverly Bailey of Marion, Ohio
Graveside services will be 1:30 PM Saturday, June 8, 2013 in Hecla Cemetery with Rev. Jeff Cremeans officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM at Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home, 518 South Sixth Street, Ironton, Ohio.
