Grew up with Penny we went to school together have known this sweet lady for many years.Had a lot of laughs she will be missed. Rest in peace girl fly high with the angels.

Now after 40yrs, a piece of my heart has been ripped away. Even though the memories can never be taken from me, as I will always hold onto to those dearly. I am so terribly saddened with Penny's passing but I also know that she's with us in spirit and will be forever. I will miss her so very much...

I met Penny many years ago when she and Doug lived in CA I remember she always had a coke and cigarette in her hand and a beautiful smile on her face, I will miss my dear friend, may her memory live on in our hearts ❤ to her family May they all find peace and comfort in this difficult time love you all, she is now your guardian angel RIP Penny
