To Rodney, Ricky, Shelly and Des, i know you're sad about your Dad's passing, but remember, Uncle Percy was a proud man and always in control, and always helping someone and giving advise and carrying that "big stick" to keep you in check. Man, he sure waved that "big stick" around me when i was little, to keep me in check, but i checked myself because he was "My Uncle Percy" and i loved him and respected him and i'll miss him too. I know he's in a better place (keeping everyone in check)....

I am sadden to hear about Percy's death. He will truly be missed. Your family is in my prayers.

May the peace of God that excels all thought give you comfort during this time of sadness.

Uncle Percy was like a father figure in my life as a kid he will be missed very much by many. All the best to the family.
