Percy was my Bishop in the Roosevelt 1st Ward for a short time before he was called to serve in the Roosevelt Stake. Percy was always very kind to me & a sympathetic listener when talking to him privately as my bishop. His sweet wife Elynn invited me to sit with her in Relief Society when I first joined the ward. I'm so very sorry for the sudden loss of your husband Elynn & his family. My heart is broken for the loss of this great man, your husband, father, grandfather & extending family...
