We send our condolences. I have given a copy of the obit to my sons. Percy was such an inspiration. We know he will be missed. I wanted to add that one of his best friends, my father Harold L. Pearl also passed away in December. 12/7/07. He was of sound mind, but could not withstand pneumonia.

Percy was my supervisor when I was a young VISTA Volunteer with RAP in 1971-72 in St Paul. He was a great mentor and advisor. May his memory be a blessing.
