My heart goes out to your family this Christmas. This will also be my first Christmas without my dad, so I know how it feels--the joy of the season mixed with memories and some tears.
My prayer for you is that the happy memories far outweigh the sad,
In Jesus' Name,
Amen.
God Bless You,
Lee Humphrey (from 1st Methodist)

I was sad to learn of the death of one of Fort Worths finest citizens. We used to live next door and when my black lab Gretta escaped we could always find her at the Bass' with a full tummy, thanks to Perry. All of us owe a lot to him, not the least of which is the legacy of his sons. A fine family as well, my warmest thoughts are with you.

I express my condolences for Mr. Bass and family. As a soldier of the military, he will always be remembered for his outstanding services while being in the Armed Forces. I present him with my flag for aiding the U.S to becoming a grateful nation. As a military vet/business owner I salute the Bass family with a 21 gun salute and the playing of the taps.

Father's Day is coming and it will likely be difficult. My first without my Dad was very much so. I have observed the family and their friends for some years now. You speak well of him by your actions, people will remember him through you. God be with you.
