Perry Ozel Blackwell, Jr. born November 28, 1947. On April 4, 2024, he transitioned to be with the Lord. Visitation and Services will be April 19, 2024, at First Pentecostal Church, 388 Robert Rd, Slidell, LA. Visitation is from 9am to 10am and Services begin at 10am. Interment will be held at SE Veterans Cemetery, 34888 Grantham College Drive, Slidell Louisiana at 12:30pm. May the Lord strengthen and comfort the family during their time of bereavement.
