Perry Burruss Hudson

I was saddened by the news of Dr Hudson´s death. Despite his age he was planning on finding a part time surgery position. I had the privilege of spending quality time with him and enjoyed our conversations. His dream along with DrTulp allowed me to accomplish my dream of becoming a physician . He had an incredible life and I´m sure as he looks down would like to inject ideas that would help humanity GOD Speed sir and thank you

I have been out of country and belatedly learned of the death of Dr. Hudson It is hard to find the words to express my feelings for him. What an incredible mind; and at 96 he was talking about working his way into an operating room. To have him as a mentor was a dream come true. Thank GOD for his long life and the overwhelming contributions to humanity, his country and the many providers who learned from him. Perry was the most brilliant person I ever met and I was honored to have him as my friend for over 50 years. He was a great man! He was my mentor and teacher and always available for guidance and insight. A part of me died with him and more than anything his great southern sense of humor will be sorely missed.
