Grandpa Jackson will be dearly missed. But, one thing we know, is that heaven is blessed to now have one absolutely hilarious person to entertain, sing and tell jokes!

To The Jackson Family,
We would like to offer our condolences at this time. We always remember your father and husband as the singing cowboy. I remember the times when I spent summers with Grandma & Grandpa Salt and played with Faun, Jerry and Elvin. Donetta was the baby and Carolyn was too grown up to play with us. Your father and mother made me feel welcome at your home. Maintain all the good memories and times will get easier for you all.

I will always remember Great Grandpa's song about the pig. Every time we visited we would ask him to sing it, and we would try to sing along. I have fond memories of my Great Grandpa Jackson and am so priviledged to know him.

I am Chloanelle Hansen's oldest daughter and Perry was her Uncle. Tears came to my eyes as I read Uncle Perry's obituary. I have so many happy and fun memories of Uncle Perry. As a child I always thought he was a famous country singer, and I loved to listen to him sing and play his guitar. I still have his tapes and listen to them. He was a very kind and gentle man.
